We were about to build a multi-tenant SAAS solution, and we had to put efforts in the architectural details of resource sharing and isolations.
We leveraged AWS's scalable serverless backend services, which allowed us to create a flexible and responsive platform. By implementing AWS API Gateway, we devised a simplified API system. This technical fabric was further enhanced using Lambda functions, using on-demand cost optimizations.
Understanding that cost-effective storage was required, we smartly utilized S3 tiering to balance the need for accessibility with prudent financial stewardship. We developed trustworthy multi-tenancy user authentication with AWS Cognito. When it came to payments, integrating Stripe meant we could offer a frictionless subscription experience, fostering customer loyalty and operational efficiency. Copywriting the assets we used AWS Step Function to perform watermarking on the flow.
And to ensure data integrity, DynamoDB was our chosen shield, providing encrypted storage to safeguard user information, reinforcing trust, and fulfilling our promise of responsiveness and security.
The user interface, a masterpiece conceptualized with React and TypeScript, was designed to break down barriers, allowing users to effortlessly record, replay and share their experiences. With multiple cloud upload tactics we enabled smooth upload of large video contents to AWS.
Beside choosing these cost effective, scalable technology stack we had to integrate very detailed analytical data points for each campaign customers created. We handled the unique identity mapping of the reviewer and their assigned campaign to validate all the feedback received is genuine and unique with STEP FUNCTION. All these were made available with a very intuitive analytics dashboard for each user.
